Hey my avast went crazy today and started popping up saying threat detected, URL:Mal. I reinstalled Avast and cleaned up all of my pc but my pc is running way slower now and weird visual bugs.

Any ideas what I can do to fix this, I’m not great with technology so dummies guide would be great

I can’t install FRST Windows Smart Screen is blocking it 
then turn OFF smart screen 
Smart screen is off but it is still saying Smart Screen has blocked it
NVM fixed it, getting logs now
Try in safe mode.
