Apparently, there are some letters I’m supposed to enter before I hit submit.
But there are no letters or box to put them in that is visible.
So when I have completed the boxes above and hit register, I get an error message saying that I did not put the correct letters in.
Also, I could not register for this forum because I was asked to enter the verification letters and none were visible. This is from another computer.
Another thing is I cannot post this with an attachment. Every time I tried, it was rejected.
OK, here is the original problem and the reason for this post;
A popup at the bottom right says “malware has been blocked,” or “a trojan has been blocked.” It continues repeatedly even when I am not surfing the web. I scanned using OTL and aswMBR. The above attachments are from this pc. But I had to post them from another PC.
I posted a service ticket with the attachments several days ago but no response.
I was unable to register here as described above; there were no verification letters or box to type them in.
So, I would always get rejected. This was resolved by using another PC to register, and then it started to work.
Could you post a screenshot of the alert please or post what it says

I let combo fix run while I was at work. When I got back, There was no info on the notepad was blank.
I had to restart my PC to get it to respond. So I ran it again. This probably was wrong. But I didn’t know what else to do.
Refering to the picture above, drag CFScript into ComboFix.exeWhen finished, it shall produce a log for you at C:\ComboFix.txt which I will require in your next reply.
Notes:
Do not mouse-click Combofix’s window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.
Do not “re-run” Combofix. If you have a problem, reply back for further instructions.
If after the reboot you get errors about programmes being marked for deletion then reboot, that will cure it.
