Having problems with moving a trojan to chest... Please Help!

I am having problems moving a trojan to MOVE TO CHEST, each time I try a messege comes up stating that it is imposible to move because it is being used by other processor? the whole thing is in French so I don’t know how to translate it, I live in France so my computer is in French. The malware is called JS:FakeAV-F[trj] and when I move to chest it is in folder c:\Documents and Settings-François-\Local Settings\Tamporay Internet Files\Content.IE5\SWSQT66\freescan[1].htm, Please help I don’t know what to do. Thank you

You should try and use other security programs, such as the FREE
Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware ( www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php ) AND/OR
the FREE Version of “SUPERAntiSpyware” ( www.superantispyware.com ) .

If you have XP, vista32bit or Win2k, you could enable a boot time scan. Right click the avast icon, select Start avast! Antivirus, a memory scan will take place followed by the opening of the Simple User Interface, Menu, ‘Schedule boot-time scan…’ Or see http://www.digitalred.com/avast-boot-time.php.

However, because this is in the Temp Internet Files I would suggest that you empty the Temp Internet Files (and Cookies) from the IE settings.
