Ok…just finished the otl and combofix that you recommended. A couple of things happened that were weird when i did these…might be normal but I thought they were worth metioning.
After running the otl fix and computer rebooted i received a message that said there was a problem starting c:\users\michelle\appdata\roaming\spisr.dll The specified module could not be found.

Then after running combofix on reboot i received a message that said failure configuring windows updates reverting changes. Then it finished its reboot and i was unable to open anything because it was giving me an error that said illegal operation attempted on a registry key that has been marked for deletion. I restarted it again and no longer am getting that message.

Thank you for your help

Ok, just restart your computer ones more.

Then, when windows load all his programs…

[*] Make sure that all options are checked.
[*] Press “Scan”.
[] It will create a log (FSS.txt) in the same directory the tool is run.

 Thank you so much for all of your help. Who do you guys work for? Can we tip or donate? You have been exceptional!

Everything is running great so far thanks to your help…I ran a full scan last night with avast and this morning received this. Please tell me how to get rid of it as it wont let me do anything with it and I dont know if it means there is still a problem. I have attached a paint file that has a screen shot of the results from the scan. Thank you

Avast detection shows tmp folder. Nothing to worry about.

You may use this litle tool to clean tmp files.

TFC by OldTimer

[*]Please double-click TFC.exe to run it. (Note: If you are running on Vista, right-click on the file and choose Run As Administrator).
[*]It will close all programs when run, so make sure you have saved all your work before you begin.
[*]Click the Start button to begin the process. Depending on how often you clean temp
files, execution time should be anywhere from a few seconds to a minute
or two. Let it run uninterrupted to completion.
[*]Once it’s finished it should reboot your machine. If it does not, please manually reboot the machine yourself to ensure a complete clean.
