Hi , i need to change my old HD and upgrade windows from win7 to win10 on the same pc.
Can i backup passwords and reinstall my Avast with my account, my passwords and subscriptions in the new hd?

If you create a backup and remember your “Master Password” for Avast Passwords then it will work.
It would also be a good idea to export your data to re-import later if need be.
