Could you please advise me on the problem I have. I don’t know what I`ve done but it looks like this: As soon I start pc, it runs for 1 min or so and then Grey screen appears with Avast symbol and I can’t do nothing. There is no option to go back or cancel that, I need to restart pc and run on safe mode in order to change something… but I don’t know what…HEEEEELP :‘( :’( :‘( :’(

what AV did you have before you installed avast! ?
did you remove it before installing avast! ?
Could you run OTL in safe mode for me please
Download OTL to your Desktop
[*]Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.
[*]Select All Users
[*]Under the Custom Scan box paste this in

[*]Click the Quick Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
[*]When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
