Right click the file if it is in the chest and choose “send to Alwil” or send it in a pasword protected zip to virus@avast.com
Under smtp settings of avast you can choose to ‘allow sendind of infected mail’ either and use your email client 
Under Chest, you can send the email as it will be processed by avast.
