HELP !!! 9500 Virus and XP is down and i want to get the Outlook contects

Hello everybody

1st I’d like to thank the AVAST stuff

i was fixing a laptop infected with more than 9500 Virus ;D
i sure the system will be down, but the owner of it needs the emails in the outlook

my problem now i don’t have access to they system anymore
from the safe mode and the normal mode
in all cases i get Stop 000007B check for viruses of something like this

i guess the system is crashed

i need to remove viruses and gain access just to get the emails and settings

,

if not, i want anyway to access the system even from an other system to get the emails and settings

Read the instructions, download and burn (maybe from another computer), finally use one of this rescue CD’s:

  1. Avira
  2. Kaspersky
  3. BitDefender
  4. F-Secure
  5. Dr. Web

With a system this compromised/infected, it may well be best to salvage/back-up what data that is important to the user and start from scratch. Format and reinstall.
