Help AD Ware

It looks like the only thing I have now are IE windows open on their own with ads in them I have down boot scans, safe mode scans, Everything has been updated. I am running the firewall in XP, Avast, Spy sweeper, Spybot SD, Microsoft antispyware, Spyware Blaster, AD-Ware SE Personal, Registry Cleaner. They find stuff clean it out but it comes back. Generally, recurring infection could be prevented disabling XP System Restore, scanning (or boot scanning), boot, enabling System Restore again.
