ok my avast 4.6 Home Edition is fully updated…but my security center on microsoft says that my avast 4.6.763[VPS 0613-2] is out of date…i uninstalled and re-installed…what’s going on! avast is fully loaded and running fine, but for some reason the security center says its out of date, but it has all the recent updates!! help please!! ???

wow…you’re right! it said may 1st, 2006…so i changed it to may 31st but nothing happened…

Some malware and virus are this behavior: they change the date of the system to by-pass the antivirus protection.
If I were you, I’ll fully scan with avast at boot time and run a-squared and ewido scannings.
