1/ When you get no message from Avast, what makes you even think it’s avast fault in the first place?

2/ How can anyone try to reproduce and fix the problem with absolutely no information provided, like

  • what kind of VPN
  • are you installing any SW or not for the VPN
  • which Windows version
  • which avast product and version
  • what does “doesn’t let me access and install” actually even mean, i.e. what you expected to happen and what happened instead of that
