HELP! - Avast keeps blocking Duolingo images :(

I don’t know what’s wrong with Avast Free Antivirus but it abruptly started blocking all profile images on duolingo. I even added Duolingo to its exception list but no luck

I’ll be happy for some advice since now its difficult to learn my Russian with so many avast popups appearing out of nowhere.
