I have a Win32:mytob-FY[Wrm] from a e-mail I’m trying to delete, but when I try to delete it it says “avast!: Ther are no more files” Cannot process then the e-mail address and where it’s going to.
How do I delete this virus? I tried to move to chest, rename/move, and delete buttons.
Can you please paste here the full path of the infected file? (it can be selected and copied from the virus dialog control - you can scroll the line).
What is the exact build of avast! you have installed (from the About box)?
Honestly, it’s hard to say what the cause might be. There seems to be some problem with the processing of the archives (MIME/ZIP).
I suggest to simply let the message deliver (i.e. press the “OK” button) and then delete it in your e-mail client. Since the attachment is in ZIP format, it shouldn’t mean any danger.
It would be helpful if you could save the message before you delete it (the whole message, in EML format - if you are using MS Outlook/Express), compress it e.g. using ZIP or RAR using some password and send us the file - so that we can check and fix the problem.
Thanks.
