HELP!!! Can't activate my protection!

I have paid for the renewal of my AVAST protection this morning (about 8 hours ago now at 7:00 p.m. MST. I still have not received my e-mail with my registration key… AND all I keep getting are the annoying reminders that my AVAST! is going to expire in 48 hours.

What the heck do I do now? Anybody!? I have put in a support ticket, I discovered that their office hours are only during my work hours (so, i will never be able to actually call and talk to a human)…

I am getting rather upset here… Can anyone offer a suggestion as to what to do next?

Have you checked that your anti-spam or ISP anti-spam aren’t blocking it.

Hopefully you didn’t have a typo on your email address.

You could try the Resend avast License http://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php, you will need to enter the email that you used when purchasing the license, e.g. the one that the original email with the link was sent.

Not in SPAM. I did what you suggested and I FINALLY got an e-mail with a license file attached.

I can’t believe this is happening. I have paid for this. And, I am NOT getting the product I paid for.

I wish I could get this taken care of before my program expires and I end up getting a virus that crashes my system.

Thanks you guys for the responses. I only wish the company would actually respond… I sent in a support ticket on the contact site (my second now…).

My payment went through on the 14th! SO, they have been paid and the product has not been delivered as promised.

If my software expires and I get a virus because they drug their feet in responding to me…
