I have paid for the renewal of my AVAST protection this morning (about 8 hours ago now at 7:00 p.m. MST. I still have not received my e-mail with my registration key… AND all I keep getting are the annoying reminders that my AVAST! is going to expire in 48 hours.
What the heck do I do now? Anybody!? I have put in a support ticket, I discovered that their office hours are only during my work hours (so, i will never be able to actually call and talk to a human)…
I am getting rather upset here… Can anyone offer a suggestion as to what to do next?
Have you checked that your anti-spam or ISP anti-spam aren’t blocking it.
Hopefully you didn’t have a typo on your email address.
You could try the Resend avast License http://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php, you will need to enter the email that you used when purchasing the license, e.g. the one that the original email with the link was sent.
