help for HTML:Script-inf issue

I am using Avast Internet security
from last some days it’s continue knocking a virus signal

I am using win-10, I reset it and remove all of my software that present at my HDD
but after start windows I install Avast but its continue give me same signal
the signal was : WE’VE safely aborted connection on9.tlu.dl.deliverymp.microsoft.com because it was infected with HTML:Script-inf

what should I do now ?
