Help for JS:Agent-EGY[Trj]

Avast detect JS:Agent-EGY[Trj] on my Laptop . What is this and how to remove it ?
I start avast boot scan . Avast detect JS:Agent-EGY[Trj] on C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\winhttp and deleted it. But after restart again detect.
On my second PC (power off from 1 week ) I remove LAN and then change all passwords and accounts ( and remove sharings) . After start and some time (about 5 min) Avast on it detect same virus ?
