I hope i did this right. Thanks for helping out if you can!

Don’t see anything wrong, apart from your java is out of date, and your running AVG ;D. Does a scan with AVG show anything ? Are you running windows firewall ?
You could try an online scan with Kaspersky, also try MalwareBytes Antimalware.Post bak with the scan results

http://filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/

Java http://filehippo.com/download_java_runtime/

Kaspersky ( click on magnifying glass ) http://www.kaspersky.co.uk/kos_trialpay_offer

Additional comments added.

Go to Add/Remove Programs and un-install all installations of Sun Java.

Download JavaRa then unpack it then run it to remove all Sun Java remnants:
http://raproducts.org

Download and install Version 6 Update 13:
http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

Run Secunia Online Software Inspector to see what other applications are vulnerable:
http://secunia.com/vulnerability_scanning/online

These are big system resource wasters and usually is not necessary:
O4 - HKCU..\Run: [SpybotSD TeaTimer] C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\TeaTimer.exe
O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Office.lnk = C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\OSA.EXE

What is the CPU type and speed and how much RAM does the system have?

micky77, No a scan from AVG didn’t show anything. and i don’t know about the firewall. but there’s a supposed “program” that just randomly shows up installed on my computer. and i most certainly didn’t install anything. it claims itself to be…Anti-Virus Number-1. (N1.exe) and it repeatedly pops up telling me i have 41 virus’s and threats. and it shows up in the taskbar. but you can’t right click and exit it. it won’t let me. thats what made me run AVG for a full computer scan. but it came up with nothing??? very peculiar…

The anti-virus number 1 is a rogue/false security alert.

If you haven’t already got this software (freeware), download, install, update and run it, preferably in safe mode and report the findings (it should product a log file).
