Help! How do I remove MSIL:Crypt-ET from my computer! *Read for more info*

I was downloading an aim assist for a game, and at first everything worked out pretty good except that the file looked really weird and in-accurate but I didn’t really bother to check it out, after that I ran a full system scan because I wasn’t really sure what I should do, it picked it up and I removed it, as soon as I closed avast it popped up with the same warning like last time, I did the same action, and it still popped up, I sent this to the Virus Lab, but I need it removed! Can anybody fix this? -Vihbua
