Help, I can't access my license, 3 days of Trial and no Support reply

Hi there,
I am desperate, I know that this is not a properly formatted forum post, but
I paid and can’t access my license file. the link to download license file is not working.

I wrote to support twice, they do not answer me.

Please can somebody at least point me to the next step?

You should be able to get your license send to you from here :
https://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php

You can also use https://my.avast.com

If you submit a ticket, have patience.
You are not the only one that is requesting assistance :wink:
avast is trying to handle tickets within 10 business days.
Submitting a new ticket/change a existing one will put you back to the bottom of the stack (FiFo system).

I got an email which a link to the customer portal. I sent an email form there.
the link to download a license file from the portal is broken. It leads to the purchases overview.
The only option I had was to download the client again.

The confirmation email is sent by our distributor, not by us, so I guess your request was sent there.

By “the link to download a license file from the portal is broken” you mean the Avast - Nexway portal?
Would you be able to post an screenshot?
