hi, essex.
So i posted the log you gave me into otl, after a minute or so it came up with a message that the script had timed out or something of the sort. Before i had a chance to not down the error message my laptop shut down and took me to a blue screen. So should i just post the code you gave me and try again?
Yes please
cool thanks for the help essex, here is the log
Could you a further OTL quick scan please and let me know how the computer is behaving now
sure thing, here is a quick scan report. although i just realised i never ticked the all user box on otl. Shall i do it again?
That looks OK now … Any further problems ?
Nah seems okay, the only thing i noticed is that the volume control has disapeared from the bottom right corner. i checked the customize tab and it says it should be there. Maybe it will re-appear when i restart. Anyway thanks alot for sorting that out. I owe you a pint of beer lol. Should i keep the programs that i installed for further protection?
No, the programmes are regularly updated
Subject to no further problems
I will remove my tools now and give some recommendations, but, I would like you to run for 24 hours or so and come back if you have any problems
