I am heavily infected. I’ve tried System Restore and other cleaning attempts. I’ve tried a VPN which slowed the HD from working on something (not mine) but spinning the HD so fast with no results, but only worked once or so.
Please tell me how to fix this. I’m a paying customer. But, I’m not getting anything that I paid for. Okay? Please?
