Help! Infection detected :-(

So i just received 2 pop ups with the following message from Avast:

avast! Web shield has detected a threat.
Infection: BV:Agent-AOS [Trj]
URL: http://imgur.com/gallery/M7rRfvC/comment/best/hit.json
File: {gzip}

I’m not exactly sure what to do now… should i just run a full system scan?
Has Avast actually prevented the infection from doing any harm?

EDIT: After completing the system scan, Avast hasn’t come up with any infection. Has it not scanned the web shield files?

If you were browsing when this happened there is no need to worry cause avast blocked it.
