Help - 'invalid license number'

Had pop-up from Avast saying ‘license key temporarily disabled due to system time and date has changed’
Dont know why it changed, but I corrected it and re-entered my license number, now its saying ‘invalid license number’

What version are you using home or pro?

Try re-entering the registration key again.
Try a repair of avast. Add Remove programs, avast! Anti-Virus, Change/Remove button and scroll down to Repair, click next and follow. You need to be on-line to do this.
If that doesn’t work try, uninstall, reboot, install, reboot and enter your key again.

If all that fails re-register your version again (assuming you are a home user) - avast! 4 Home Registration
