I’ve reinstalled my windows and after that I cannot access my avast Pro account. It says it’s already occupied…Enyone hot ny idea what to do?

There is your Avast account https://my.avast.com where you can delete your old installation from : Select device - Settings - Delete from account.

You can have your Avast Pro license resend from https://www.avast.com/en-eu/resend-license-paid.php

If you mean “can’t use the activation code” that is correct.
The activation code can only be used a small amount of times, after that you will need to use the license key.
