HELP: locked phone, anti-theft uninstalled, pin doesn't work

Hi,

I changed the SIM yesterday and the phone is now locked. I wrote to android@avast.com with the IMEI but no reply
avast has been uninstalled over a month ago from my phone so i dont know why it’s making a mess for me now.
the pin was sent to my mom and she messaged it back to me (i can use the phone for a minute before it locks) and none of the pins worked. i would input the 6 digit number and click return but nothing happens. i’m entering the pin within the 30 minute period.
i got an email from avast acknowledging the SIM change but the phone is still locked:
The SIM card or phone number data of your device SM-G900H has been updated.
Owner:
Old IMSI: 415039502023437
New IMSI: 429020210561334

What can i do here. I URGENTLY need my phone as everything is on it and i’m traveling. I don’t even have avast installed and the phone was not in the devices (i now removed the pc as a device too because i really dont want to use avast anymore). i just need my phone back!

I have the same problem - after I changed the sim card, the siren went off and the phone was locked. None of the pins that were sent to my security contact work. I cannot unlock my phone. Please help!! I need it urgently and don’t know what to do!
