Help! Malware (you.js) detected, but can't delete!

I stupidly clicked on some link I didn’t know when reading a blog, and Avast popped up with a warning about a virus having infected my computer. It then said it was contacting avast.com, but then just sat there, frozen. Apparently this is some javascript virus and maybe it hasn’t gone off yet because I am using Mozilla rather than IE. Anyway, can anyone help me figure out how to get rid of it? Here are the details:

http://www.albinobl
VBS:Malware [Gen]
Virus/Worm
VPS Version: 0511-0, 03/15/2005

I did searches on my computer for the files supposedly associated with this (you.swf etc) but couldn’t find anything. I would really appreciate help, as I’m in the middle of my MA thesis and finals and if the malware is somehow activated, I am majorly screwed!

NEVER put a link to malware on this board !
