Installed anti-theft with root on my Razr D1 and configured it.
Today have disabled avast and avast anti-thief, then restored the android Razr D1 and when I start the system it gives the message smartphone stolen, I put the pin and it stops.
But he is blocking access system settings.
I can not enable wifi. Why it blocks the wifi settings and stops now unlocked with the pin?
How do I solve this problem?

I was using Avast Anti-Theft with root on my Motorola Razr D1 and have disabled it to do a factory reset on android.
After I did the restore Avast Anti-Theft Pin keeps asking to enter the system, every time I turn on my phone, even though I disabled it before restoration.
I put the correct Pin and it allows me access to the android home screen, but will not let me access the application settings and Android will not even let me enable WIFI!
The cell no longer has any function and I even typing this all correct Pin.
This app is worse than viruses!

I want a solution for this my problem!

Same thing for me. Cant access settings on my Moto D3 with 4.4.2 android

I found out that you need restart your android and dont let the phone activate the antitheft (asking the PIN for unblock). I think when avast antitheft blocks the phone, he activate some security thing and blocks settings until you make a “clean restart”.
