Help me!?Automatic renew & refund.

Last year i got the “free” 60-day trial.
After this trial had ended it converted into full version by itself!(49.59 USD)Didnt even know until today…
Today i received an email saying it now has automatically renewed itself.(74.39 USD)
I cannot contact the support since i dont know my avast account details.(this account was just made to make this post.)
when i try to recover my account using the same email that received the “automatic renewal” it says “this email does not exist in our system.”

I want a refund!How?

Edit:I have now requested refund with this account since i cannot use the original one.Hopefully this gets resolved soon.
