Just leave it on the default file that it suggest’s and it will find where to put it automatically, once started it should say that its removing the version you have now then it will ask to reboot then will start installing the new version, it may take a little while to start the new install after reboot.
Hopefully you got the latest 2.64 from here http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=14&PFid=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false
The new driver you downloaded is also an old one, please get the latest from the link i posted.
