Hello everybody I cannot open task manager. when I click Ctrl+Alt+Del it appears an error message. what shall I do for this problem

Have you tried a boot time scan with avast!? Right click the scanner screen, select ‘schedule a boot time scan’ and reboot when requested.
Have you tried the usual free adware/spyware scanners?
AVG Anti-Spyware (Requires Win2k/XP)

Thanx. I used Emergency Utility Copier and but it couldnt be helful. Following error message apperars again:

It means “Task Manager was disabled by your administrator”. How can I solve this problem?? What do you think why the error message appears. Do you think because of a virus??
Are you running as administrator?
Try running the scanners I linked to above in Safe Mode. Make sure you use the administrator account which comes up when you boot into safe mode. (This will be a separate account from your account, even if your account is an administrator account.)
