Help me please...

Hello I’m I need of assistance for my computer. Windows Defender is telling me I need to get technical support quick for my computer and it is my last line of defense. I called and gave them full control of my computer they just checked some stuff and told me I need to get it fixed. I don’t have very much computer intellect, so maybe someone here is willing to help me and my system. I have installed 2 virus remover since the warning: Avast Free antivirus and SuperAntispyware free addition. SuperAntispyware found a spyware called PuP.installcore/variant.processs2 I have used the spyware to delete it but not sure I got rid of it all. I am running a full scan with Avast antivirus now as I type this.

My system is Manufacture: YIFANG Model: NXW10QC32G Processor: Intel(R) Atom™ CPUZ3735@1.33 GHZ Ram: 1gb System type: 32-bit operating system, X64-based processor. Limited touch support with 10 touch points

Ok since my last post Avast found only 1 virus. A virus called JS:Includer-BMC[TRJ]. Avast quarantined it and I pressed the fix immediately button to solve it. But still don’t know if it has legitimately been taken care of. I hope there is someone out there that is willing to take the time and help me trough the process of removal.

Attach your basic diagnostic logs. (MBAM, FRST and aswMBR)

Can you remember what defender reported ?

CAUTION : This fix is only valid for this specific machine, using it on another may break your computer

Open notepad and copy/paste the text in the quotebox below into it:

CreateRestorePoint: HKU\S-1-5-21-1886903097-2022590939-1878617878-1001\...\Run: [AdvancedIdentityProtector] => "C:\Program Files\Systweak\Advanced Identity Protector\AdvancedIdentityProtector.exe" 2015-11-05 22:23 - 2015-11-06 02:35 - 00000000 __HDC C:\ProgramData\{FA77A43D-F6ED-4924-87B5-517C061388C6} 2015-11-04 13:43 - 2015-11-05 23:32 - 00000000 ____D C:\Users\G\AppData\Local\Systweak 2015-11-04 13:43 - 2015-11-04 13:43 - 00000000 ____D C:\ProgramData\Systweak 2015-11-02 09:42 - 2015-11-06 02:56 - 00000000 __SHD C:\Users\G\AppData\Local\EmieUserList 2015-11-02 09:42 - 2015-11-06 02:56 - 00000000 __SHD C:\Users\G\AppData\Local\EmieSiteList C:\Program Files\Systweak Reg: reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\IPSec\Policy\Local /f Reg: reg add HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\IPSec\Policy\Local /f RemoveProxy: EmptyTemp: CMD: bitsadmin /reset /allusers

Save this as fixlist.txt, in the same location as FRST.exe

Run FRST and press Fix
On completion a log will be generated please post that

THEN

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode onto your desktop.

[*]Close all open programs and internet browsers.
[*]Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
[*]Click on Scan.
[*]After the scan is complete click on “Clean”
[*]Confirm each time with Ok.
[*]Your computer will be rebooted automatically. A text file will open after the restart.
[*]Please post the content of that logfile with your next answer.
[*]You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner[S0].txt as well.

Ok Essexboy I saved the fixlist.txt in the FRST file folder, but I know that is not right. I don’t know how to save/add it into FRST.exe Can you explain how to do it? Sorry… kind of new to all this.

Ok, I believe I did it; just realized that it was just needing to be put in the same folder/location as FRST.exe (hopes)
But I believe windows defender said: TRJN.Fake AV-Download, Spyware.Banker.ID, TRJN.Porn-Downloaded, TRJN.FB-Downloaded, IDNTY-Up and TRJN.FakeAV-Download. But I’m not really sure about all that because it was in Internet Explorer that it popped up in. I wrote it all down just in case. But here are my logs…

Ok that was probably systweak… Any further problems ?

What do I do with the infected files that are in quarantine now? Also when I open Preftech there is a bunch of stuff that just keeps getting added. I delete them and they come back slowly, but they come back.

By the way, essexboy, I appreciate the patience and the help very much. Thank you

Prefetch is a way for programmes to load faster at start, and is a normal function of windows

The infected files can be deleted

Subject to no further problems

I will remove my tools now and give some recommendations, but, I would like you to run for 24 hours or so and come back if you have any problems

Now the best part of the day ----- Your log now appears clean
