remove spybot (since it has not kept up to date with the current threats).also remove adaware(same reason as with spybot).
for more protection i would use malwarebytes antimalware(mbam) : malwarebytes.org(free version-on demand scan only) to scan whenever i update mbam.
i suggest you to do this.

ok, i will try that. but what is this malwarebytes for? and what is the difference between that and the adware and the spybot? are any of these bad for my computer?
As i said spybot and ad-aware have not kept up with the current threats. mbam is one product which is really good. its only on demand scan in the sense it cannot detect malwares in real time.
you can also consider superantispyware(sas) which is also good.but on demand only. dont worry about the tracking cookies it reports. let it deal with it, when you scan.
