I’m turning round and I cannot find any solution, this forum is my last hope.
I don’t want to renew automatically my licence and I don’t want to use Avast anymore. The program was installed in a very old laptop which will be destroyed soon.
I cannot find the Order number anywhere. I received two mails from Digital River informing me that my licence will be automatically renewed and if I want to cancel it I have to click on a link. I did and I found myself in a page where I’m asked either for my order number ( which I don’t have) or for my email address and the five last digits of my credit card.
I tried to write my email address and then I tried with all the last five digits of my three credit cards, but in every case I got an error message. So I’m blocked and I don’t know what to do.
I can access to my Avast account through my email address and my password, but I didn’t find anything there to recover my Order number.
Please, could you help me? I simply want to delete the automatic renew and to cancel my subscription.

If any of my credit cards seem to correspond with my email address, which is valid, since I received the mail of Digital River to it, on which credit card are they charging the renewed licence? Why don’t they make possible to cancel iut easily from the personal account?

You need to contact avast or Digital River.

When you bought Avast, you left the automatic renew option checked:
