Help me to uninstall Avast free antivirus please?

I used the Avast Clear to uninstall the Avast free antivirus version 17.9.2322 (build 17.9.3761.278) in Safe Mode for win 7 ultimate, I waited for long time but it cannot launch the Avast file: Avast:\wsc_proxy.exe/svc/unregister/firewall. Help me resolving the problem please? Thank you

did you reboot your computer after you had use the avast uninstall tool?

I rebooted my computer after using the avast uninstall tool but the problem persist. Help me please!

Rerun AvastClear and close wsc_proxy.exe in taskmanager when it hangs.
