hello essexboy : i am new participant to this site … INTERNET DEFENDER is my problem and I don’t know how i got that in my laptop. plz help me I did what u said and I have saved the log. I attached it with this reply I hope u can help me…thank you

The OTL log is saved in unicode could you change it to ANSI please

Run Malwarebytes now from Normal Mode, a quick scan.

Not necessarily infected by one site.These rogue av’s use different methods to infect you,there are thousands sites out there that can infect you with rogue av’s,pop-ups etc.Just visit safe websites,use avast and you will be safe ;D
