I am trying to fix someone’s computer remotely, there Internet explorer has gone completely slow at loading time. But before that, everytime the computer boots up, Avast says it found an mbr:\PHYSICALDRIVE0 if you try to send it to the chest or delete it it wants to reboot the computer. But it doesn’t get rid of it… I have tried malwarebytes and come up clean, I have tried spybot nothing, I have tried ccleaner, no results, I have tried to download Superantispyware but it won’t load because it’s on a valid win32 application. I’m frustrated and annoyed by this, can anyone help me???

On completion of the scan click save log, save it to your desktop and post in your next reply
mbr:\PHYSICALDRIVE0 as it says, it is a physical drive aka the hardrive.
Ofcourse you can’t send a hd to the chest
Have that user run fdisk /fixmbr and than boot the system
It looks like the mbr is corrupted or even more.
