help my computer has become infected and avast is making it worse

Dear forum users please help. I only purchased avast premier last month. So am new to avast. However I am feeling very sad that for the first time ever my computer has become infected.
The virus is hidden in a program called CinemaPlus-6.1mV01.09. It brings ad popups all over my computer. it seems to have slipped in via an automatic update. The worst thing is avast did not pick it up.
I want to uninstall the program but avast is not letting me. Do i have to uninstall avast so that i can uninstall this program? please help as its
making my internet experience very depressing at the moment.

second no antivirus program have 100% dection of all the malware out there.

if it display ads it is most likely a PUP = Possible Unwated Program

avast PUP detection is default off

anyway follow instructions in the guide given above and attach Malwarebytes and Farbar Recovery Scan Tool logs … 3 logs total

Thank you avast users. I managed to install malawarebytes software and it seems to have quaratined the problems.

I still recomend you attach all logs as there will be leftover files that need manuall removal
