Help needed to resolve URL problem

Hi,
whenever i type the name of my site as

http://mysite.com… it is reloading as http://mysite.com/(S(1noxgn45fn3ens45l00lqkip))/Index.aspx

I have checked my .htaccess file in httpsdocs and the changed the file to normal removing all the rewrite commands…
But still this link gets reloaded like this…

The server is hosted in a Plesk 9.2.1 terminal. I Wonder if there is any hidden file inside the folders, eventhough i have checked all the files.
If so how to find the hidden files…

Please tell me a solution for this problem

From 73 pages that Web page security visited during the previous 90 days, 21 pages have been downloading and installing malcode. Last time malicious software has been found there was on 2009-08-21.
Malicious software includes 14 trojans, 1 scripting exploit. Successful infection resulted in an average of 1 new process(es) on the target machine.

Malicious software is being hosted on 26 domains, e.g. antivirusplus09.com/, bestyru.cn/, spywarepc.info/.

2 domains seem responsible for spreading malware towards visitors of mentioned site, e.g. spywarepc.info/, jkk.tw/.

This site was hosted on 1 network including AS13446 (NETZERO).
