help needed with virus chest

Seems I have something not quite nice on my computer ??? During the scan it showed:

Win32 adware-gen
C:\windows\downloaded prog files\cssweb.dll
Suggested action was to move to virus chest, which I have done. Do I now delete this from the chest?

Chest is safe, you can let the file there until further analysis.
Maybe in two or three weeks you can delete it.
Meanwhile you can google, search more info about this file/virus, etc.
