Sorry if this has been already posted…I just got my PC fixed and my brother’s friend put this software on my Windows 7. I am having trouble opening anything i download. I downloaded Firefox and it said it was a corrupt file…but i checked it said no issues with it. Also, I cannot save any picture as my desktop background. Can anyone help??
What was the problem with the computer that needed repairing
the whole thing died, I’m not too sure but he installed everything on it and got it running again. I can’t get a desktop pic i tried ginipic does nothing. And I want firefox too :-\
Are you able to access safe mode with networking ?
Reboot the computer, immediately press and hold F8
Does a menu come up ?
If so select safe mode with networking

Download OTL to your Desktop
