Help, Password not working.... ?

Hi - Anyone & Everyone,
I just switched from being ESETI’m a new Avast Free User. - I set it up and it’s working great, so I turned on the password protection, and carefully logged the exact password where I log all my passwords - but it doesn’t work?
I can’t sign back it. I can’t uninstall, I can’t change any settings - I will go crazy.
I was carefull the “CapsLock” was not on, I’ve tried several potential iterations ofm what I know the password to be… ; > (

Can anyone help me with this?
I use Windows 7 Ultimate, on a fast Lenovo/Intel desktop with plenty of Ram & HD space?

Uninstall Eset and avast completely.

Then do a fresh installation of avast.
