avast is blocking the IP because it is blacklisted for good reasons.

IP address has been reported many times for Open Proxy detection and has been blacklisted as such!
Link to -http://g.symcd.com/ has been blocked for me by a script blocker.

We cannot de-block your website as we are volunteers with some relevant volunteer website security knowledge.
