You would have to be the one to contact avast instead of them contacting you … except through this forum. You can contact tech support through this forum as they often read the forum in order to help their many users.
As Tednelly stated above, there are many here (some who have been honored by avast) who are very able to help you. Please post your problem so that someone can help you.
