Help please! URL:Mal C\windows\explorer.exe

Hi I’m wondering if anyone could help me please!

Last night I got a warning through avast saying URL:Mal C:\windows\explorer.exe. I restarted it and my start menu has disappeared as well as some programmes on my desktop and on the right hand side it has “blocked startup programmes” software. My internet would not come up so I restarted it in safe mode and downloaded avast and malwarebytes again. The malware program identified two trojans and then I did another scan and it found PUM.hijack.startmenu - I removed these both and restarted again but my laptop is still playing up. I keep getting C:\windows\explorer.exe coming up and lots of pop ups keep appearing. I also had the blue screen of death 3 times (one was driver_irql_not_less_or_equal error and bad_pool_header error).

I’m really stuck as to what to do now and I really need help!

Thank-you for reading.
