2 questions 1)My avast chest i would say, contains over 50 virus`s possibly more than that.
What should i do with all them, should i delete them all?
When ever my computer boots up i get the following message@
RUNDLL
Error loading c:\windows\syste,32\sipspI32.dll
when i click ok, it disappears, only to appear again on re-boot.
please help me, to get rid of it.

Delete all things from the chest. Your system is working, so you there is nothing there you want to keep. Unless you collect malware ;D
The second thing is caused by the following. Something was on your system and is not removed correctly/completely. Click HERE . This is HijackThis and a log analyzer. Run HijackThis and post the log here please. Let us have a look.
