HELP PLEASE!

For the past couple of days I have been trying to clean my laptop of trojans and worms that apparently avast only picks up and not any virus scanners. I tried reformatting my laptop as a mean to get rid of them and it seems not to work because once I reinstall avast and run it they are picked up again. I have take screenshots of the results that avast comes up with. If someone can please help me I would so greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Download malware bytes anti malware from here
www.malwarebytes.org
Download
Install
Update
I repeat update it’s important!
Scan but when the scan is completed don’t press “remove selected”,just post the log,it may find infections in system32.
Good luck

I have used that program before and apparently it doesn’t detect anything. No other scanner like, microsoft essential, windows defender, or trend housecall picks it up.

http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0 check this topic, don’t focus on mbam, just follow instructions about OTL.I will pm essexboy

They are all process - what other security software do you have running ?

I ran OTL and the results that I got are attached. I don’t know what the results mean so if someone can help me please? Thank you.

Besides avast, I just have the basic firewall that comes with Windows and windows defender, but I did recently download windows essential. I do have malwarebytes installed but when I run it the results come up with nothing.

How often do you get the alerts ? Could you disable MS Essentials and see if the alerts still occur

If you are talking about the alert in your quote that is the first time that I got that. I have uninstalled MS Essentials and will run the scanner to see what happens.

Apparently avast has been detecting MS Essential as my programs since once I removed it and scanned my laptop nothing was detected. Thank you guys for all your help.

Aye as it was a process that tended to indicate a malware definition file being accessed, especially as there was no physical location for the file
