call me stupid or anything else u want but just please answer this simple question. do i need to run a separate firewall while using avast 4 home or is there 1 included and its called something else? cheers.
Avast does not have a firewall.
So yes you do need one.

You should read the manual or the faq before you change anything to it’s default settings though. Firewalls are necessary but complicated programs. So please do your homework well !
