Help removing virus!?

I keep having the same virus pop up every time i run a scan with avast! Name : A0520919.bat, Description: Bv:malware-gen which keeps appearing in C:\ System Volume Information\ i have run hijackthis and copy pasted log into http://www.hijackthis.de/#anl and it comes back clean please any help! I have also run superantispyware but still nothing…

The file is in your system restore.You can temporarily disable SR, but this will erase ALL previous restore points

Turn off, reboot ,turn back on, make fresh restore point

OK ill try this if it works ill update this with the conclusion. Probably be tomorrow though :.
