Help! Repeat warning when log in. 4dlmng.com/snz/sfen403int21.exe

Hello,
Please help if possible.
Everytime I log into my computer I get a message from Avast saying HTTP://4dlmng.com/snz/sfen403int21.exe
I have no idea what this is. When I click ‘more details’ (only thing I can click on apart from report this as false positive) it only says what it said in box before but an additional box saying Upgrade.
I have completed a full scan from avast and nothing shows, also a malwarebytes scan with no issues reported.

Please please help as It is starting to worry me.
