Help scan shows several PID's and say rootkit hidden process

Several PID files came up in a scan today
PID 3604
PID 25456
and more.
I tried doing repair and putting them in the chest, it seems the only thing I can do is delete them
Are these okay to delete, I have no idea what PID files are, this is the first time I have seen these
I am using the free program at the moment and that is kept up to date every day

Hi,

Please run Command Prompt.

Start >> Run

cmd

Enter

Black Screen will pop up. There, copy the following

tasklist /m >%systemdrive%\resultst.txt

Hit Enter

You may close cmd.

Go to your systemroot ( usually C partition ) and attach here log resultst.txt
C:\resultst.txt

Also attach here AV logs sow that I could see the exact detection.

Thank you, I am running windows 7 and brought up cmd and entered
tasklist /m >%systemdrive%\resultst.txt
But after doing that it tells me access is denied, also cannot find the Systemroot, sorry to be dumb, but I am not an expert in these things at all
I looked under C: to see if I could find Systemroot, but I am sure it was something I could find in windows xp, but 7 has me beaten

Sorry to interrupt magna86, but wanted to post this:

You have to run command prompt in admin mode. See here: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/run-a-command-as-administrator-from-the-windows-vista-run-box/ for more
